Talentwise Raises $25M

Bothell-based TalentWise, a developer of software to help businesses automate the employee hiring process, has raised $25M in a growth capital funding. According to Talentwise, the funding came from an un-named, Seattle-based private equity investor group. The company said the funding will go to further expand its product and operations. TalentWise is led by William Kerr, and developers cloud-based software for managing human resources processes, including offer letters, background checks and drug screening, E-Verify, new hire forms and I-9s.
