EngineWorks Acquired By Ethology

Portland-based EngineWorks, an Internet marketing agency which serves such firms as Virgin America, Marvel Entertainment, Lawry's Restaurants and Widmer and Redhook breweries, has been acquired. According to Tallwave, which describes itself as a venture acceleration and management firm, portfolio firm Ethology has acquired EngineWorks, and will continue to operate the business out of Portland. Financial terms of the buy were not disclosed.
