Minecraft Creator Notch Bemoans Billions, Journalists

Think selling your company to Microsoft for $2.5 billion dollars will make you happy? Maybe not. Markus Persson, the creator of Minecraft--better known in the game as the all-powerful character "Notch"--apparently isn't all that happy, complaining about being unhappy due to his fortune. Persson--who is now complaining about the attention journalists are giving to his recent tweets about unhappiness--also recently replied to a fan's tweets asking him to tweet more about Minecraft, saying he "sold the company to get away from Minecraft."
