MicroVision Gets $8M From Partner

Redmond-based MicroVision said Friday that it has received a $8M, license fee payment from a partner. The name of the partner was not announced. According to MicroVision, the payment is an up-front license fee, and is part of an earlier announced licensing deal for its PicoP display technology.
