Tripwire: Belden Buy Bolstered Bookings

Portland-based cybersecurity software developer Tripwire says that its acquisition by Belden has helped bolster its business momentum. Tripwire reported it had a 22 percent, year-over-year bookings growth in the quarter ended 2014, with new license and bookings growing at a 35 percent rate in the fourth quarter. The company said its growth was "particularly robust" due to the Belden acquisition. Belden acquired Tripwire in December in a deal worth $710M in cash.
