Skytap Scores $35M

Seattle-based Skytap has raised $35M in an investment round, led by Insight Venture Partners, the company announced this morning. The funding also included the company's existing investors, which include OpenView Venture Partners, Ignition Partners, Madrona Venture Group, and Washington Research Foundation. Skytep is led by Thor Culverhouse. According to the company, the new funds will go towards go-to-market, growing its partners, and product innovation, as well as expansion into Europe. Skytap is a provider of enterprise cloud management and configuration software. More information »
