Dropbox Opens Engineering Office In Seattle

Seattle continues to attract Silicon Valley firms looking to tap into the area's rich wealth of engineering talent--with the latest entrant into the city being Dropbox. Dropbox executives disclosed Wednesday that the company has opened up a brand new, engineering office in Seattle, in what the company's execs say could be a "significant" office for the company. Dropbox has not said how many it intends to hire here. Seattle has been a perennial favorite location for Silicon Valley companies, with such companies as Oracle, Facebook, and Google all recently opening up offices here.
