TigerLogic Names Chairman

Portland-based TigerLogic, a developer of mobile, app development, and social media products and services, has named Philip D. Barrett as its Chairman. The company said that Barrett replaces Richard W. Koe, who will remain on the company's board. TigerLogic owns Omnis, a mobile development firm, Storycode, an app development agency, and Postano, which provides social media aggregation tools.
