Intellicheck Mobilisa Names Chairman, CEO

Port Townsend, Washington-based Intellicheck Mobilisa, the developer of identification systems and technology, said this morning that it has named a new CEO and appointed current CEO Nelson Ludlow to Chairman. The firm has named Steve Williams--currently Chief Operating Officer--as CEO. Ludlow replaces John W. Paxton, Sr., as Chairman. The firm said Paxton is stepping down as Chairman, due to "personal reasons". Williams has been COO since Intellicheck Mobilisa's merger in 2008, and was previously COO of Mobilisa Inc.
