Zillow Powers Search For Chinese Real Estate Site Leju

Seattle-based Zillow is powering the U.S. real estate search services for Chinese real estate search site Leju, the two said this morning, to help Chinese home shoppers find properties in the United States. Financial details of the deal were not disclosed. According to Zillow, Chinese home buyers spent $22 billion buying properties in the U.S. last year, and its move will help give those Chinese buyers better access to U.S. real estate listings. Leju operates both its own real estate search site, as well as real estate and home furnishing sites for SINA Corporation and Baidu. The deal is Zillow's first international partnership.
