Zillow Adds Foreclosure Search

Zillow, the online real estate site run by Spencer Rascoff, has expanded its services today, saying that it has added pre-foreclosure and foreclosure information to its service. The firm said it is now letting home shoppers search for and find information on pre-foreclosure and foreclose properties on its site, for free. Zillow explained that the listings show homes that are not yet listed for sale and are not freely available on other real estate sites. Zillow said the addition of the data will give users a "let up" on homes that will soon be listed for sale and also help connect them with real estate agents focused on foreclosures.
