Express Metrix Acquired By Cherwell Software

Seattle-based Express Metrix a developer of IT software asset management products, has been acquired by Cherwell Software, Cherwell announced today. Financial details of the acquisition were not disclosed by the companies. Express Metrix develops software used for IT management. Cherwell said Express Metrix will remain in Seattle, where it plans to expand hiring and staff.
