Amazon Grabs Wallace & Gromit, Shaun The Sheep In Exclusive Deal

Fans of Wallace & Gromit and Shaun the Sheep, the animated series from Aardman Animations, will have yet another reason to join Seattle-based Amazon.com's Prime service today, after Amazon said it has inked an exclusive subscription streaming deal for those series and others from Aardman. Amazon.com said that it has signed a U.S. content licensing agreement with Aardman which will make Wallace & Gromit, Shaun the Sheep, Timmy Time and classic animation Rex the Runt available via Prime Instant Video. Financial details of the deal were not disclosed. Aardman is well known for its classic, stop motion animation and the two series.
