TurnKey Vacation Rentals Gets $3M From Local Angels

TurnKey Vacation Rentals, a startup which manages the entire rental process for owners of vacation rental properties, has roped in a few Seattle angel investors in a round it announced this morning. The Texas company said that Rich Barton (Expedia, Zillow, Benchmark), Spencer Rascoff (Hotwire, Zillow), and Greg Slyngstad (Expedia, VacationSpot, Kayak)--and a long list of other angels--joined Silverton Partners in investing in the company. The new, seed funding brings the company's total raised to $4.8M. Other angels in the funding were Gregg Brockway (Hotwire, TripIt, Chairish), Alexis de Belloy (HomeAway, Accel), Rob Greyber (Egencia), Eric Goldreyer (BedandBreakfast.com), Joey Levin (IAC Search & Applications), Karl Peterson (Hotwire, TPG), and Russ Sach (Expedia).
