Insightful Launches Business Network Search Service Into Beta

Seattle-based Insightful said today that it has launched a brand new, search tool specifically aimed at enterprises--helping employees to find people using the social network of an entire company's employees. The startup--led by Ilya Billig--said its search tool helps companies by leveraging the real-life, social connections of its employees. Billig said the idea for the startup came out of 10 years of fighting similar issues at "one of the largest software companies". Billig is a former employee of Microsoft. Insightful says it is currently in private, invitation-only beta.
