Bing Gears Up For March Madness

As college basketball fans gear up for March Madness, Seattle-based search engine Bing.com has rolled out several new apps -- including a Windows 8 sports app and Windows phone bracket app--to help sports fans follow the tournament. The new apps include up-to-the-minute NCAA news, as well as a constantly updated bracket tracking the tournament. Bing.com's promotion around the popular college tournament this year are fairly tame, compared with Yahoo's Billion Dollar Bracket competition, which is offering fans the chance to match their brackets up against the very long odds and win a billion dollars from Warren Buffett.
