Microsoft SkyDrive Gets New Name: OneDrive

Microsoft said today that it is renaming its online storage service, Microsoft SKyDrive, to OneDrive. The renaming came after a legal settlement with BSkyB over a July 2013 trademark ruling which said that Microsoft had infringed on the trademark rights of BSkyB, which has been very aggresive pursuing companies using any name with "Sky" in their product name. Microsoft said it would not be changing any terms of the service, and that it would also be renaming its business service as OneDrive for Business.
