Scout Analytics Acquired By ServiceSource

Issaquah, Washington-based Scout Analytics, the developer of cloud-based software for managing recurring revenue, has been acquired by ServiceSource, the company said Wednesday afternoon. The deal was worth $32M. According to ServiceSource, the move will help it expand its addressable market. Both companies provide software for managing recurring revenue, whether that is subscription and cloud-based business, hardware and software service contracts, or other, recurring revenue business.
