Scout Analytics, which develops cloud-based software for subscription and recurring revenue-based businesses, said today that it has launched a new product today. The firm said its new Renewal Performance Management software is aimed at helping companies predict their renewal revenue opportunities, and help companies maximize the lifetime value of their customers. Scout's software is aimed at helping companies better understand subscription churn, growth, and customer usage patterns. The firm's software also helps companies figure out up-sell opportunities for their customers.
