Analytics Pros Acquired By AdSwerve

Seattle-based Analytics Pros, a Google Analytics 360 and Google Cloud partner and reseller, has been acquired by Denver-based AdSwerve, a provider of programmatic advertising buying services, AdSwerve said on Tuesday. AdSwerve said it paid $24M for Analytics Pros. Analytics Pros is based in Seattle, Washington. AdSwerve said the acquisition will bring its headcount to more than 120, and will drive its estimated gross revenues to more than $100M in 2018. AdSwerve is backed by private equity investor Abry Partners, which provided financing for the acquisition. Analytics Pros had been led by CEO Vickki O'Meara. AdServe said the Analytics Pros brand will transition to AdSwerve on January 1, 2019.
