Radisys Loses Board Member

Hillsboro, Oregon-based wireless software and hardware provider Radisys said yesterday that one of the members of its board of directors, David Nierenberg, has resigned. Nierenberg had been on the board since early 2011. The company said that Nierenberg is leaving as a result of its progress in shaping corporate strategy and to allow him to turn attention to other matters outside Radisys. The company said it will not appoint a replacement for Nierenberg.
