Avatron Turns To Kickstarter For File Storage Software Effort

Portland-based Avatron announced last week that it has launched a new Kickstarter project, to help fund an effort to develop a new file storage software program called Everydisk. According to Avatron, the new software is aimed at letting users access their files from anywhere in the world, without resorting to cloud-based storage services. The company said it is looking to raise $50,000 for the effort.
