Inrix Launches New Traffic Routing Service With BMW, Volkswagen

Kirkland-based INRIX said today that it is rolling out a new, real-time traffic and routing service with Volkswagen and BMW. Inrix said its new XD Traffic service offers up more roads and precision than its competitors. The new Inrix service is rolling out on the Volkswagen 2013 GTI and GTD; BMW is using the new service with its Advanced Real-Time Traffic Information (ARTTI) service. Financial details of the deal were not disclosed.
