TechStars Azure Incubator Grad Embarke Gets Seed Funding

Embarke, a developer of email optimization tools for marketers--and a graduate of the Microsoft Accelerator for Windows Azure, the Seattle-based affiliate of TechStars incubating cloud-based apps--has raised $1.25M in a seed funding round. The company disclosed the funding Monday. The company was part of the Microsoft Accelerator/TechStars back in 2012. According to Embarke, the company's investors include Anthem Ventures, La Costa Investment Group, Right Side Capital Group, Promus Ventures, Social Leverage, and angels. More information »
