Windows Azure Accelerator Names First Class

Microsoft has named ten startups to the firm's new Microsoft Accelerator for Windows Azure, the startup accelerator being run by TechStars. According to Microsoft, it received more than 600 applications from entrepreneurs in 69 countries to participate in the Seattle program, focused on building startups that use Windows Azure. The new class includes: Advertory; Appetas; BagsUp; Embarke; Fanzo; MetricsHub; Mobilligy; Realty Mogul; Staq; and Socedo .
