Redfin's Price Whisperer Lets You Quietly Explore Selling Your Home

Wondering what your home might be worth in the market--but not ready to list it yet? Seattle-based Redfin has just released a new service which lets users get some real feedback--from agents and potential buyers--on how marketable and desirable your house is, and how much it might be worth. Redfin said its new Price Whisperer service lets users survey active, local buyers about what they would hope to pay for your home, letting users speak with a Redfin agent to refine the information. Redfin said, if users decide they do want to sell, the people who respond to those surveys will be get first dibs on the home. Redfin said it would also use the information to help correlate estimates to the ultimate sale price on each home.
