MobileRQ Helps Hotels, Others Connect With Travelers
If you're in the hospitality marketing business, connecting with potential customers and travelers is important. One Portland company, MobileRQ, is hoping that its software will help use timely information--weather, time of day, location, proximity, and more--to pull in travelers for those in the hospitality industry. The company recently launched a new product, which it is calling the MobileRQ Traveler Program, which it says is targeted at the more than 70% of travelers carrying a smartphone. The company said its system pulls in contextual information (location, time of day, proximity, weather, loyalty status) and combines that with CRM and 3rd party data to delivered targeted offers to customers. MobileRQ is led by Tyler McKinley.
