MobileRQ Acquired By Kochava

Portland-based MobileRQ, a developer of contextual mobile marketing software, has been acquired by mobile marketing measurement software developer Kochava, the companies said this morning. Financial details of the acquisition were not announced. Tyler McKinley, co-founder and CEO of MobileRQ, joins Kochava as VP of Marketing Automation Platforms, with co-founder Darin Glatt becoming Director of Engineering. MobileRQ was based in Portland, Oregon. Kochava is based in Sandpoint, Idaho. Kochava said it plans to expand the office in Portland with the acquisition.
