Zillow Debuts Real Estate Market Reports

Seattle-based Zillow is making it easier for people to understand their local rental and home markets with a new service, called the Zillow Market Snapshot report, the company said Tuesday. According to Zillow, the reports will provide a quick snapshot of what's going on with the status of both the rental and home ownership markets, at the metro, city and neighborhood level. Zillow said the reports will provide everything from breakeven analysis, annual changes and statistics, and more on various local housing markets.
