Zillow Adds New Broker

Seattle-based Zillow says it has signed on another real estate brokerage as part of its Zillow Pro services, saying Friday that it has added Lyon Real Estate, based in Sacramento, California. Financial impact of the deal was not disclosed. Zillow said that Lyon Real Estate will send its 1,200 listings directly to Zillow, which gives that brokerage exposure on Zillow, Yahoo!, FrontDoor, AOL, and elsewhere.
