Amazon Dangles $129 Kindle Fire Deal

Amazon.com is offering up its popular Kindle Fire for just $129, down from its usual $159 price, in a one-day only Cyber Monday deal. Amazon said the deal--which requires customers to enter the code "FIREDEAL" at checkout--will last only Monday, and is one of just a large number of "Cyber Monday" offers it is using to lure shoppers to its site today. The company said the deal runs until 11:59PM PST. Last year, Amazon's Kindle Fire was among the most popular products sold by Amazon during Black Friday in 2011; the one day Cyber Monday offer is most likely bound to make it an equally popular gift item this year.
