ReachWerks Automates Online Marketing For Apartment, Home Rentals

Seattle-based apartment and rental home listing site SeattleRentals.com said Monday that it has launched a new service, Reachwerks, which helps streamline and simplify online marketing for rentals, real estate, vacation homes, and event spaces. The new service automates things like placing vacancy ads on Craigslist, and distributing listings to such sites as Zillow, Trulia, Vast, Oodle and others. According to the firm, users can set up their ads and then schedule their posting schedule in advance for Craiglist, while honoring Craiglist's terms of service for avoiding spamming the site.
