Mentor Supplies Fujitsu With Signal Analysis Software

Wilsonville, Oregon-based electronic design automation software provider Mentor Graphics is supplying Fujitsu Semiconductor with its HyperLynx Signal Integrity (SI) product, the firm said Thursday evening. Mentor said Fujitsu is using the software for its new 5.0 Gbps USB 3.0 technology designs. Financial impact of the win were not disclosed. The win adds to Fujitsu's existing use of the software for its memory designs.
