Boeing Completes Acquisition Of Software Developer

Seattle-based Boeing has completed its acquisition of software firm Inmedius, the company announced this morning, in a deal which had been announced on April 26th. Financial terms of the acquisition were not disclosed. Inmedius is a provider of software used for managing and sharing information, and was headquartered in Pittsburgh, Pa. Boeing said that Inmedius becomes part of its Continental DataGraphics (CDG) unit, which is part of Boeing Commercial Aviation Services. Inmedius has 75 employees.
