Boeing Acquires Millenium Space Systems

Boeing said on Thursday thaat it has acquired Millenium Space Systems, a developer of small satellite systems. Financial details of the acquisition were not announced. Boeing said that Millennium Space Systems has approximately 260 employees, and was founded in 2001. According to Boeing, Millennium Space Systems will become a subsidiary of the company, and will report to the company's Phantom Works division. Boeing said the acquisition will have no impact on its financial guidance. Millennium is based in El Segundo, California.
