Integrated Diagnostics Lands $10M
Seattle-based Integrated Diagnostics, the developer of molecular diagnostic products, said this morning that it has closed on $10M in a third tranche of its Series A financing. The funding was led by Interwest Partners, and also included The Wellcome Trust and the Grand Duchy of Luxembourg. The company said it has now raised $30M in the round. Integrated Diagnostics comes out of the labs of Dr. Lee Hood of The Institute for Systems Biology (ISB). As part of the funding, Integrated Diagnostics named DOnald "Guy" Seaton as its CFO, and James "Jim" Garner as Chief Business Officer. Seaton had previously served at EndoGastric Solutions, Corus Pharma, Talisma, SonoSite and InControl. Garner has been consulting with Integrated Diagnostic, and also served at UnitedHealth Group and MDdatacor, among other positions. More information »
