Divergent Ventures Gets Exit At FlashSoft

Seattle-based Divergent Ventures, the venture capital firm headed by Kevin Ober, Rob Shurtleff, and Todd Warren, has scored an exit this week, with the acquisition of flash storage software firm FlashSoft by SanDisk. SanDisk announced the acquisition, without financial details, on Wednesday. FlashSoft had only announced its Series A, worth $3M, back in June. Other investors in FlashSoft were Thomvest, Accelerator Ventures, and Bullpen Capital.
