ReadyPulse Gets $2M In Series A

ReadyPulse, the developer of social content marketing software which spun out of Bellevue's Moxie Software two years ago, has raised $2M in a Series A funding round, the company said this week. The company--which now says it is headquartered out of San Carlos, California--said the investment came from Divergent Ventures, Harmony Capital, Moxie Software, as well as angels in Seattle and Silicon Valley. As part of the investment, Todd Warren of Divergent Ventures and Moxie's Tom Kelly have both joined the company's board. More information »
