Airbiquity Targets Developers
Seattle-based Airbiquity, which develops telematics products for the auto industry, said Tuesday that it has launched a new application developer program, which it says will enable developers to create smartphone applications compatible with its Mobile Integration solutions. The firm said its new Application Development Kit (ADK) includes software APIs, a simulation service, documentation, and access to a developer website. Airbiquity explained that, so far, development partners such as music services MOG and Slacker Radio, as well as Glympse and BestParking, are taking advantage of its APIs.
