Bocada Ties With Quest

Kirkland-based Bocada, which develops data protection management software, announced today that it has linked with Quest Software to support that firm's VMware backup software. Bocada said that its product now links into Quest vRanger, a product build to backup VMware virtual machines. Bocada's product is use to centralize data backup and snapshot activity on virtual machines. Bocada is venture backed by Catamount Ventures, Madrona Venture Group, and others.
