TriQuint Gets Award From Customer

Hillsboro, Oregon-based Triquint Semiconductor, which developer radio frequency (RF) products for the communications, defense, and aerospace markets, reported this morning that it has scored an award from one of its customers. The firm said it received a "Special Recognition Supplier Award" from Sony Ericsson, for helping to support Sony Ericsson's products. Triquint said it was one of 11 companies recognized by Sony Ericsson.
