ERP-Link Acquired By Texas Firm

Portland, Oregon-based ERP-Link Corporation, a developer of software for connecting Microsoft SharePoint and SAP, has been acquired by Texas-based Gimmal, the firms said today. Financial terms of the deal were not disclosed. Gimmal said the buy will bolster its ability to connect SAP and Microsoft Sharepoint. Gimmal develops enterprise content management and records management software, including software specifically for Microsoft SharePoint. ERP-Link was founded and headed by J. Eric Anderson.
