ISSI Data Acquired By Texas Firm

Seattle-based ISSI Data, a reseller of storage and IT products, has been acquired by Dallas, Texas-based Media Recovery, Media Recovery said Wednesday. Financial terms of the deal were not disclosed. ISSI Data provides information security and storage infrastructure products. According to Media Recovery, the acquisition is expected to close on or about October 1st.
