Allrecipes.com Buys Youtube Channel

Seattle-based Allrecipes.com, the online food site owned by Reader's Digest Association, said today that ithas acquired Food Wishes, an online YouTube channel focused on cooking and food. Financial terms of the acquisition were not disclosed. Allrecipes.com said the buy is aimed at helping the firm "dominate" the online food video space. Food Wishes was created by "Chef John" Mitzewich, and provides how-to food videos.
