MicroVision Wins Auto Firm

Redmond-based MicroVision reported today that it has scored a contract with a "major automobile manufacturer" for an in-vehicle, heads up display. Name of the manufacturer, and size of the deal, was not disclosed. The firm said the contract is targeted at commercializing its technology inside a mass-production car model, targeted for introduction in 2014. MicroVision is a developer of display and imaging products.
