RevenueLoan Becomes Lighter Capital

Seattle-based RevenueLoan, the startup founded by Andy Sack, has been renamed Lighter Capital, according to a blog post by Sack Thursday. Sack explained the name change came because the firm is about more than revenue loans, and that it is a "a lighter financial institution, as in fun and lighthearted". The firm is venture backed by Voyager Capital, Summit Capital, and Founder’s Co-op, and is an offshoot of Sack's efforts running the Techstars program in Seattle. The firm provides financing to small businesses.
