RevenueLoan Gets $6M

Seattle-based RevenueLoan said Monday afternoon that it has raised $6M in a venture funding round, from Voyager Capital, Summit Capital, and Founder’s Co-op. The firm was founded by Andy Sack of Founder's Co-op and TechStars. The firm said that it has created a new way for businesses to raise money, providing loans in exchange for a percentage of a company's future revenues. The new venture will be managed by Sack.
