Zillow Expands Listings Database
Seattle-based Zillow said today that it has expanded its database of home listings, and now has data on more than 100 million homes, which it says is more than three quarters of the homes in the United States. The firm said it added 25 million new Zestimate home valuations and improved the accuracy of its estimates nationwide. Zillow explained that many of the listings come from states like Iowa and New Hampshire, where the data was not widely available previously.
