Zillow.com Lands Houston-Based Realtors Network

Online real estate listings service Zillow.com revealed Monday that the Houston Association of Realtors has joined the Seattle-based company's Listings Feed program. The financial impact of the customer win was not disclosed. Zillow described the association as a multiple listing service profiling more than 60,000 properties in the Houston metropolitan area. Zillow's Listings Feed program allows MLS operators to directly connect their systems to Zillow's database of houses for sale. Each association listing that Zillow runs, the company noted, comes with a property description, up to 16 photos and the listing agent's contact information. Zillow said that its service now includes more than 3 million live listings.
