Zillow Boosts FSBO Listings

Seattle-based Zillow said this morning that it has boosted its list of For-Sale-By-Owner listings by 45,000, via deals with four For-Sale-By-Owner listings sites. According to Zillow, it is tapping listing feeds from ForSaleByOwner.com, HomesByOwner.com, owners.com, and Postlets for the listings. As part of the addition of those properties, Zillow said that it is using Postlets, the real estate listings and marketing firm it acquired in April, to allow home sellers and others to market those properties for free across its own site and 13 others.
